can't search in "more applications" section

Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity-place-applications

If i start unity-place, i can search for apps. But if i got to apps section, i can't type to search. See attached screencast.

I think there are some similar reports around... How about if you
click <super>-a to bring the apps place up directly?

I actually think that this may have been committed with Jason's latest work on grab issues in nux. I'm no longer experiencing this after pulling trunk a moment ago.
