no results when manually selecting all sources

Bug Description

to reproduce:

1. open dash, go to video lens.
2. expand the filter thing, then expand the sources thing.
3. click on all the sources.
4. try to search for something, anything

result: no results :)

unselecting any single source causes results to be returned as expected.
