online search of videos returns irrelevant results

Online search of videos returns irrelevant results (same results on phone and desktop)

I'm located in France and desktop is in English, here are the results for:

With the keyword 'news':
first results of 'Online' returns a German TV magazine
'More Suggestions' returns Indian movies!

With the keyword 'info':
in 'Online' almost only Spanish or Portuguese results nothing related to some kind of information or really outdated
'More Suggestions' returns more Indian movies!
