Often no effect of mouse click on application search result and other Unity elements

Searching for an application in Unity and then clicking on it using the mouse often gives no effect. This has started appearing in Precise.

This can happen if the application lens crashes, do you still see this wit 5.10?

I see it, but also sometimes in other applications as well.
