Bug Description

I have a application (Steel Storm: Burning Retribution.desktop) in /usr/share/applications that contains a ":". If that is present, the launcher can not start the app nor can it display the description. To reproduce:
$ sudo mv /usr/share/applications/yelp.desktop /usr/share/application/yelp:nomore.desktop
and then open the dash and type yelp. You will no longer have a text under the icon or will be able to launch it.
