'Paid' status not always correctly reflected for suggested apps

Bug Description
Due to the bug in the code, 'Paid' status is not correctly reflected if search is empty and 'More suggestions' displays top rated/what's new application only. In such case commercial apps will always display their price ribbon, even if already purchased.
Expected result: ribbons of purchased application say 'Paid'.
