Bug Description
The lens does not properly encode the .desktop file uris and so unity won't be able un-escape it correctly.

To reproduce: applications/ gcalctool. desktop /usr/share/ applications/ test%test. desktop TEST/' /usr/share/ applications/ gcalctool. desktop /usr/share/ applications/ test%test. desktop
1. Make a new .desktop entry with % in the name, e.g.
$ sudo cp /usr/share/
$ sudo sed -i 's/Calculator/
2. Open the dash and search for 'TEST'
3. Drag the calculator icon with the name TEST to the launcher
Expected result:
Icon is attached to the launcher
Observed result:
On mouse button release icon is removed from the launcher
