Failed to load module "unity-gtk-module"

Still get that error logged inside a terminal:

Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "unity-gtk-module"
"sni-qt/5705" WARN 07:03:18.797 void StatusNotifierItemFactory::connectToSnw() Invalid interface to SNW_SERVICE

It happen with a gnome-shell session when i run some terminal command (here vlc) or if the terminal stay opened when a gui app is used.

This bug has come up again in ubuntu 16.04
On running cheese command, i am getting the following output on terminal.

$ cheese
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "unity-gtk-module"

Though the app runs.

i have such problem in Zesty (17.04), on GNOME Shell session.
e.g.:

$ nautilus

it seems that ubuntu has a problem with unity-gtk-module, because, i can only get ff nightly to work, when my terminal "stays on" ->
