Bug Description

Reported to Geany's bug tracker:
https://sourceforge.net/p/geany/bugs/1013/

I'm not sure if GtkMenuItem stores a flag whether it was created with gtk_menu_item_new_with_mnemonic() that can be used to tell whether the memonic parsing function was used to create a menu item.
