2012-05-17 13:46:10 John Lea description Dear Developers, I got a bad feeling when the mouse speed looks much faster on login screen and when i login the speed changes itself (i got tweaked the speed so its an expected behaviour). However, for me it does not feel so slick. When we got selected our account before logging in, the keyboard and mouse settings should be activated for this account without logging in.. Lets assume when we got choose the guest account, evething should be on default on login screen. Thanks. ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: unity-greeter 0.2.4-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-17.26-generic-pae 3.2.6 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-17-generic-pae i686 NonfreeKernelModules: wl ApportVersion: 1.93-0ubuntu1 Architecture: i386 Date: Thu Feb 23 19:21:34 2012 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Alpha i386 (20120128) SourcePackage: unity-greeter UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) Dear Developers, I got a bad feeling when the mouse speed looks much faster on login screen and when i login the speed changes itself (i got tweaked the speed so its an expected behaviour). However, for me it does not feel so slick. When we got selected our account before logging in, the keyboard and mouse settings should be activated for this account without logging in.. Lets assume when we got choose the guest account, evething should be on default on login screen. Thanks. ----------------------------------------- Desired solution: - The mouse speed in the Unity Greeter login screen should be the same as the mouse speed of the user currently selected. e.g. If user A has a mouse speed of 1 and user B has a mouse speed of 2, if user A is selected in the Unity Greeter the mouse speed should be 1 however if user B is selected the mouse speed in the Unity Greeter should change to 2.
