unity-greeter (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu precise (development branch)
Release: 12.04

2) apt-cache policy unity-greeter
unity-greeter:
  Installed: 0.2.0-0ubuntu5
  Candidate: 0.2.0-0ubuntu5
  Version table:
 *** 0.2.0-0ubuntu5 0
        500 http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/mirror/ubuntu/ precise/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I also apparently don't have this library installed but the error message refers to it:
apt-get install libindicator3
  Reading package lists... Done
  Building dependency tree
  Reading state information... Done
Package libindicator3 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

3) Boot the computer, see an Ubuntu greeter and successfully start an X session to use Ubuntu.

4) The nvidia driver fails to load and I get the following error message:
kernel: [ 72.112145] unity-greeter[1945]: segfault at c ip 0068b090 sp bfa0e160 error 4 in libindicator3.so.7.0.0[687000+c000]

For me the problem has been in /var/log/lightdm/:

WARNING: File '/usr/lib/indicators3/7/libpower.so' does not exist

So I've installed indicator-power and now all works great!
