Bug Description

Instead of lightdm automatically taking the user's wallpaper, the user could be allowed to choose what wallpaper is shown in the login screen. This way he can come up with some nice personalization where the login screen can be used to display his face with some nice text. This feature would address two requests from the ubuntu community,
1. Privacy is not lost. (user can have any wallpaper he wants) https:/
2. Login screen is personalized with his profile picture (may it be facebook or google+ or whatever)
One example could be seen in about.me website. Check out this link http://

I understand this could be difficult to implement for precise but could be considered for 12.10 or later.
