Bug Description
The shutdown window is not themed correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 11.10 (and do not enable automatic login)
2. At the login screen, click at the shutdown icon at top-right
3. Click "Shutdown"
4. A window will appear. This window is not themed.
Tested on Ubuntu 11.10 full-updated as this time of writing running in VirtualBox on Mac OS X host without 3D compositing enabled.
