this is the problem I have with precise pangolin,
I can't login with the Ubuntu GUI anymore, while typing this I am using gnome classic.

Log-in screen kept looping (login ~ blank screen) and no time to enter password.
Used Guest login by pounding on 'enter' -> changed 'Owner' to login without password and now able to file this bug report.

maybe the state should be changed to fix released, after my last update I have to errors whatsoever!
precise pangolin is now >100% working on my computer.

for me the fix is released.
