Bug Description
Whenever the log-in page shows, num lock is turned off.
It's OK when unlocking, the state is preserved, it's just on start-up or after a log-out.
To reproduce either turn on Num Lock then log-out, or set Num Lock on in the BIOS (as I do) and start the machine.
