Unity-greeters volume slider setting should be independent of Ubuntu's volume slider

Bug Description

When I disable the drumming sound of unity-greeter via volume control slider and increase the volume slider during Ubuntu's session, the slider is also increased for unity-greeter, with the result that the sound of unity-greeter is also not muted.
