Bug Description

After a fresh boot, I get to the login screen where I need to type my username/password to login but I cannot type as the keyboard doesn't work (the mouse does though).

The workaround I found is to click on any menu item (like volume control) and go back to the username box, now the keyboard works.

At first I thought it was because due to a pop-up from NM asking to confirm my wifi password but this doesn't always show up yet I always have the problem. NM pop-ups shouldn't happen on the login screen IMHO but that's for another LP.

Not sure if that's related but I run lightdm with this:

  [SeatDefaults]
  allow-guest=false
  greeter-hide-users=true
  greeter-show-manual-login=true
