Workspace Chooser listbox does not show scrollbars if resolution is not enough

Bug Description
Workspace Chooser listbox does not show scrollbars if resolution is not enough to list all workspaces.
For example I have the following desktop workspaces installed:
Cinnamon
MATE
Ubuntu
Kubuntu
Lubuntu (adds more than 4 workspace options)
Xubuntu (Xfce)
The last one does not show up since chooser listbox does not show any scrollbars checking resolution.
Maybe enabling scrollbars after 5 desktop can solve the problem.
To see Xfce I had to remove Mate desktop.
