Bug Description
After the laptop wakes from sleep or after being in TTY (Ctrl+Alt+F1), the monitor goes black or noisy and only shows a snippet of the desktop as if a second monitor is attached to the side.
This has been happening ever since attaching a second monitor for the first time (since updating to the latest graphics drivers).
