Remote logon support for wicd/tray icon

Bug Description

LightDM at the moment only supports an icon for Network-Manager and Network-Manager-Gnome, but has no support for network-menu or Wicd. This can (and does) prevent Users from selecting a network for remote login if they do not use the gnome packages.

Any way to get this assigned to someone? With Mir and UnityNext on teir way I would love to use wicd with lightdm. :)
