Bug Description
Ubuntu 12.10 on Dell XPS 13
I set the background image on the desktop to a nice dark gradient green color and added the Ubuntu logo to the center of the desktop and set it to "Center". The image is 200x200 pixels. When at the login screen, the picture is automatically stretched to full screen which makes the 200x200 image look really bad. The login screen should respect the setting of the users background settings.
