Bug Description
If you select the on-screen keyboard, it displays fine the first login. However it is not displayed for subsequent log ins even though the option remains 'ticked' You need to un-tick and reselect it to re-display the keyboard.

Confirmed. The box is still checked, but no keyboard appears.
