Setting time automatically from the internet setting keeps getting lost

Bug Description

I go into the time and date settings, and set the time to be automatically set from the internet. Then the next time time I go into the time and date settings, this setting has reverted to manual. I've set it to automatic many times, and the setting keeps getting lost.
