Bug Description
lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
Release: 16.04
System is an HP Envy laptop (Envy 6)
The battery is new.
Expected behavior:
I expect the battery to charge when the power supply is plugged in.
Actual behavior:
When Ubuntu is running, the battery does not charge (active or suspended).
When the computer is shut down and plugged in, the battery charges (so, not a hardware problem).
