Thank you for your bug report, are you connect to internet? When would you expect it to update and it doesn't?

that settings set the systemd useNTP flag so if the sync is not happening is likely because of the lower level components, lack of ntpdate or such

It was a fresh install. I didn't expect anything to miss. Anyhow, I
installed ntpdate program and tested again. Even then it did not work.
But the time is properly updated if I reboot the machine.

Setting the automatic time update option "Automatically from the
internet" requires restart?
