Misleading explanatory text for how to add a custom shortcut key

Bug Description
In Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Custom Shortcuts, the text in the status bar reads,
"To edit a shortcut, click the row and hold down the new keys or press Backspace to clear"
That's not entirely accurate. If you click near the shortcut name in the row, a popup appears to edit the shortcut. You must click SPECIFICALLY on the shortcut key column to change it.
