shortcut key does not work after rehabilitation

to make a test I changed the shortcut keys from the volume up and volume down to F11 and f12 but when I reset the first buttons they have not worked more

works after using gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys ,however, the pop-up that indicates the sound and those of twitter do not work!

1) Pretty much for the bug of "shortcut" I went to change the settings in system setup, keyboard shortcuts, audio, and media and I changed the shortcuts in the Volume Down button lowers audio volume to F11, then I changed the shortcut volume up key and the F12 key and change succeeded! after I tried to get back with before and I returned the keys F11 and F12 in previous years but no longer worked ... after a request to the forum recommended me a command and is back to normal, then I have not changed keys. 2) I just wanted to come back as before and I did it with the command "gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys" 3) I have succeeded with the command gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys

There is another problem, however, a second problem: the pop-up sound that should come out when I raise the volume does not come out as well as those of twitter and facebook ... I will in this case I just upgraded from the cd version to version 12:04 14:04 and is updated when these pop-ups do not appear right, are those of this photo

but then again this is another problem! if I have to open another bug that I have to add messages to "ubuntu-bug ...."? I have no idea.
