Man page references "online-accounts" instead of "credentials"

Bug Description

The unity-control-center manual page reads:

       online-accounts
           The online-accounts panel shows your configured online accounts and
           lets you add or remove accounts.

But currently you need to run `unity-control-center credentials` to actually see the Online Accounts panel.
