Bug Description
Unity control centre - as its name suggests, should be a one stop shop to control all aspects of the opertaing system - like the control panel of windows or the system settings of KDE. Yet , options for managing Startup Applicaions is missing.
Startup Applications Preferences is already shipped with Ubuntu, it can be added easily in the Unity Control center with a very small configuration change

Once implemented, the Startup Applications item should be removed from the list of applications.
