Bug Description
In a world where there are very few people actually own and use a Wacom graphics tablet compared to the greater computer using demographic, does it really make sense to have an icon for its settings in the control panel on every computer even when a Wacom tablet is not attached? If so, why not have an icon for USB humping dogs? Lots of people use those.
