Bug Description
Chromium 32 just hit saucy, breaking webapps infobars integration. This upload fixes specifically just the infobars support (there are other issues we are working to resolve and will SRU later).
[Impact]
* The chromium extension has ceased functioning due to the release of Chromium 32 in Saucy, outside our control.
[Test Case]
* Open Chromium 32 and notice that it does not prompt for website integration.
[Regression Potential]
* Zero, the stable release is already broken.
