@robert; Could you confirm any error messages in the background page please?

1) Open 'chrome://extensions'
2) Enable Developer mode (top right)
3) Click on the (now visible) background-page.html link
4) Select console tab

5) Go back to browser page
6) enter reddit.com or facebook.com in the url
7) Return to background-page and note any messages.

Thanks.

No prompts happened while doing this.

I'm experiencing some weird behavior. If I hold alt+a to launch an application, and choose reddit, the reddit launcher that comes up has no icon. if I lock it to my launcher and then click on it, it opens in the container. after opening, a new reddit icon (with working icon) appears in the launcher. however if i click on *that* one, it opens in firefox.

Hmmm, actually I found under settings that most sites were disabled. Cleared that list and tried again:

I guess that looks good? The thing is, integration doesn't actually happen. The reddit/facebook launchers don't indicate that they're active.

Ugh, in a fresh trusty VM I'm no longer seeing *any* integration prompts, for chromium 31.0.1650.63-0ubuntu1~20131204.1
