  * Don't set -fno-permissive when compiling with clang because clang
    produces an "ignored" warning for this flag. Set -
    DGTEST_USE_OWN_TR1_TUPLE=1 to make tests compile with clang.

  * Removed obsolete doxygen config variable that caused a warning
    during the build.
