Bad performances in unity-2d when compositing_manager is on

When compositing_manager is on, the system is slow, moving windows or watching a video with totem

I've also noticed that dash doesn't appear with compositing. The ubuntu button have the white arrow but nothing appear

I've tried to use xcompmgr, but there are the same problems, so I think it is related to driver nvidia 295.33 and my card (geforce 6200)

It's strange but gnome-shell, cinnamon and compiz/unity work fine...
