Font settings don't effected to Desktop

Bug Description
Hi developers,
I am from Ubuntu Uyghur Translation group.
1. I am setting Ubuntu language to Uyghur.
2. Installing Advanced Settings, and changed font form "Ubuntu" to "UKIJ Tuz Tom"( "UKIJ Tuz Tom" is font for Uyghur).
3. Reboot.
4. Font of menu and Launcher Tool Tip is changed and displayed correctly. But the text of my shortcuts on the desktop did not changed. I think it using different font. Please see the attachment.
