Cannot Drag Windows in the workspace switcher in unity-2d

What do I do
1. Select the Work Space switcher in th launcher.
2. Try to Drag a WIndow to another workspace

What should happen
The window should go to the workspace it was dragged to.

What happened
The Window did not move from its place
PS I was dragging the terminal.

This was on a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 Alpha 2
