Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Move a window onto second monitor.
2. Maximize it.
The window now covers the top panel and the menu bar and controls are inaccessible. At this point it is still recoverable by pressing alt+spacebar. But:
3. Hold alt and drag the window onto the primary monitor.
4. Press alt+spacebar.
At this point it is no longer possible to unmaximize the window, even if you move it back to the previous monitor. If you do this with an application which remembers it's window position, such as libreoffice spreadsheet, it is now impossible to access the menus of the application - forever (until this bug is fixed). All you can do is press alt+f4 to quit, or rely on the toolbars.

Hi Alistair,
I use MM setup every day and cannot reproduce this. Can you confirm that in the Displays settings, that the top of both monitors are exactly lined up?
