Bug Description

If I want to set a window as always on top, it will no longer be 'rendered'. The window is still there and for example, if it is a terminal I can still type commands, but I can no longer see it.

The other windows are also affected and the window manager is no longer usable.

If a press "Alt+Space" the window manager menu is displayed and after closing the window, everything turn back to normal.

EOL have been reached, so no more maintenance. If that issue still exist, then report again using ubuntu-bug.
