Bug Description
I have no idea what I did to trigger this. See attached screenshot. Restarting the session fixed it.

Seems to be a side-effect of a bug where nautilus/or g-s-d dies (see the Win95-ish look of the "Location:" bar next to the Ubuntu launcher item). However, if I manually kill g-s-d the panel loses its theme too, which was not the case here.
