mumble is hidden when switching workspaces

When I switch workspaces with mumble open and switch back, Mumble is hidden from ALT + TAB and needs o be relaunched from the launcher (the app doesn't quit, it's just inaccessible).

Go to Configure > Settings > User Interface > deselect "Hide in tray when minimized".

Yes, I realized it was being minimized to tray, but why is it being minimized at all when I switch workspaces?

Yeah, I thought that it was mumble's doing, but indeed it only happens under metacity.
