Bug Description
Once maximized there is no way to restore dash to the original position. Also filter options for different lenses show overlapped with each other.
Thanks

Please also try going through filters when dash is maximized to the full screen. It produces the same result. Strangely after seeing the the mess above, when u maximize, the mess disappears. But it again happens their if try change the lenses. Also I don't understand why there is no way to restore to the original size from the maximum. I have tried hovering my mouse in the top left corner; no thing happens there.

I'm also seeing this, it's probably a regression (never saw it before).
I'll look into it, to distract myself from valgrind :-)

Sorry the following statement is not about the bug. Don't you think in lenses users would like to see all the application they have installed without clicking the show more button. I as a user don't want to all the time see what is available to download so that can remain as it is now. Secondly wouldn't it be nice to have filter displayed by default and the the button changed to hide filters. More over, on the shortcut lens , displayed by home lens, wouldn't it be better if users are allowed to add their own shortcuts to that lens.
More over, wouldn't it be nice to have some app that let user submit feedback as it is in Google+. That way users will feel more connected to the developing community and thus Ubuntu community as a whole will become better.
I didn't know whom to address these thoughts of mine. I hope the person dealing with the bug know it better.
Thanking you.
Sunil

I filed bug 860400 for the "no way to unmaximize" issue.
@Sunil to me, the most important feature of the dash is type-to-search, browsing IMO is a fallback to not display the empty dash when there's no search perfomed.

@ Michal Thanks. What I wrote is details. I want Ubuntu to be best in tiniest of the details. Apple for mac has always paid attention to the details. Thanks for Quick response.
