[launcher] when pressing super key shortcuts numbering start at 2 instead of 1

Since the dash got the first position in the launcher for oneiric, the numbering for the super+number shortcuts start with 2 for the first usable item, instead of 1.

Super+1 does nothing. This is a delta to unity-3d, where this is not the case.
