Bug Description

unity-2d-launcher's 'spread' cannot activate one window when mouse move-over it, should this be changed?
for some special programs only update interfaces if their windows got focus, I want to check if they're running correctly only by mouse-over it in 'spread' while unity-3d really does what i expected.

Thanks for the bug report Felix.

If I understand correctly you have 2 problems in the spread of windows:
1) Windows are not being focused when the mouse pointer goes over them (like it does in Unity 3D)
2) Windows content are never being updated

I am afraid we will only fix part 1) of the bug because of the technological constraint of not using hardware accelerated OpenGL.

summary: - 'spread' cannot activate window when mouse move-over

Could the updated be even slower to fit the non-hardware accelerated OpenGL? for example only 1fps's update when focused

This is one possibility we could experiment with indeed.
