Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:unity-team/sru

Test case ID - Can 421

Issue: Newly added app icon always takes the position above the workspace switcher icon irrespective of drop location on launcher.

Action:
 - On primary screen, open dash
- Drag an application icon and drop it onto the launcher (away from workspace switcher icon, for example:- drop it below BFB icon)
