Mispositioned menus in Global Menu Bar

In ubuntu unity 2D(12.04), in hebrew, the firefox and thunderbird menus, in the global menu, are disspositioned when opened for the first time. after reopening the menus they are positioned correctly, sometimes the problem reoccur in the same session. always reoccur in a new session.
