Bug Description
I am on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal 64bit.
In system settings -> Appearance -> Look is under Ubuntu 12.04 Precise the Option "Size of the start symbols", which allow to increase(and decrease) the size of symbols is the unity launcher panel.
In Ubuntu 12.10-Quantal this option is not there.
That is very bad for visual impaired users!
Or even for those who have just glasses that do not correct the view complete(this is like this in most cases - technical not more archivable).
Expected:
The scrool bar for adjusting the size of the start symbols should brought back.

Thank you for your bug report, neither gnome-control- center nor unity changed yet, are you sure you don't use unity-2d which doesn't support that option? Could you add your .xsession-errors to the bug?
