There are multiple issues:
- unifrac autopkgtest try to compare np.array of size 1 with a scalar. Should be comparing first element.
- assertEquals should be replaced with assertAlmostEquals()
- unifrac should correctly initialize node_properties vector in set_proportions(), currently it contains uninitialized memory in openmpi version, hinting at lack of the barrier somewhere.
Note: S390x build fails since lunar |
