* Team upload.
* debian/control:
- Bumped Standards-Version to 4.6.1.
- Migrated DH level to 13.
* debian/copyright:
- Converted the last paragraph of the GPL-3 in a comment.
- Updated packaging copyright years.
* debian/patch/fix-makefile:
- Renamed to 010_fix-makefile.patch.
- Refreshed.
* debian/rules:
- Removed no longer needed addon '--with autoreconf' because it is
default since DH 10.
- Replaced override_dh_auto_install by execute_after_dh_auto_install.
* debian/tests/control: set all tests as superficial.
* debian/watch:
- Bumped to version 4.
- Updated the search rule to make it compliant with new standards of
the GitHub.

UnDBX is a tool to extract, recover and undelete e-mail messages from MS
Outlook Express .dbx files (or similar e-mail programs in MS Windows).
Corrupted .dbx files can be parsed to try to recover messages from it. It
can also try to undelete messages, not only from Deleted Items but also
from fragments of deleted messages that were not overwritten.
