Bug Description

Using unbound with NetworkManager dns=unbound, the system fails the test at https://en.internet.nl, because the default unbound configuration does not connect to ipv6 nameservers.

Adding a file in /etc/unbound.d with "do-ip6: yes" resolves the issue.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.

Would you be willing to file an upstream bug to verify what they think of this? It would be good to get the upstream's opinion on turning this on before making a change in Ubuntu. You could send mail to their mailing list [1] or file a bug [2].

If you do end up filing a bug upstream, please link to it here. Thanks!
