Bug Description
I'm runing Ubuntu 12.04 (beta) and every so often a window pops up saying
"System Notification
Software updates are available"
And there are a Cancel and OK buttons.
When I click OK, a nautilus window pops up (I'm using Kubuntu, so its not something I'm used to see).
Running xdotool on the window, I get "window 32179936 has no pid associated with it." - which is really weird and as far I understand is against the X11 specifications.
This behavior is weird, and frankly - a bit annoying.

Screenshot showing the dialog.
The weird effect on the dialog's backgorund is because the dialog is semi transaparent (which according to my kwin settings probably means its a dialog and not a normal window) and it is disaplayed over a part of the background that has a sharp brightness change.
